Check how your window opens
Sliding, casement and inward-opening windows need different clearances. We check handles, tracks and cleaning access so the proposed fixing arrangement fits the way you use the window.
Confirm the cable specification
Ask for the stainless-steel grade, cable construction, coating and diameter in writing. If SS316 or SS316L is selected, the quotation should identify that material; the grade alone does not certify the performance of the complete installation.
Plan for access and emergencies
Discuss required emergency access before fitting. A fixed cable arrangement should not block a required escape route. Openable sections, where appropriate, must be separately planned and quoted.

We consider the dimensions, selected components, fixing surfaces and installation access. Different floors, layouts and building restrictions can change the work involved. An initial photograph helps us understand the requirement, but the final quotation should follow assessment and measurement.
